Payment

We accept the following credit cards and payment methods:

MobilePay (Denmark)

The amount will be deducted from your account when the purchased item(s) leaves our stock.

Prices include Danish VAT.

 

Policy

When we have received your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

We reserve the right not to deliver in the case that our stock level was incorrect at the time we received the order.

If we cannot deliver the order or parts of it, we will contact you by e-mail or phone, and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order.

Return Policy 

As a customer, upon placing an order with us, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may choose to return your order. The 14 days are from when the package is delivered to its final destination - including the pick-up point. 

All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and packaging.

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. 

We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Read more about Shipping and Return

Remember to include this delivery note in the parcel for us to identify the order.

Refunds can take up to 14 working days from the date we receive the returned products.

According to Danish law, you are covered by a legal two-year manufacturing guarantee.

Exchanges 

We don't offer exchanges. To ensure product availability, we recommend that you place a new order for your desired size/colour and return the original item. 

Defects / Complaints

For complaints, defects, or missing deliveries, please contact customer service at hello@foretstudio.dk. You must do so within a reasonable time frame and, at the latest within two months. Please ensure to provide your order number along with several photos of the defective item. Our team will promptly address any issues with the faulty item and expedite the processing of your claim.

In the case that we cannot justify the claim, the shipping expenses are on your account.
