RETURN
Feel free to use our self-service platform from which you can easily return your parcel with an auto-generated label and relevant documents. The shipping cost is calculated in the process and will be deducted from your return.
This option is available for orders from the following countries:
Denmark (60 DKK)
EU (9€): Austra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain.
International: (See prices in the bottom of this page): Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malta, Mexico, New Zealand, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United States.
Remember to include the delivery note in the parcel for us to identify the order. If you are returning from an international market, also remember to include the commercial invoice generated in the return process.

EXCHANGES & DEFECTS
We don't offer exchanges. We recommend that you place a new order for your desired size/color and return the original item to ensure product availability.

All prices are based on the DKK currency. This means that the prices are subject to currency exchanges. Exchange rates may affect the final price you pay depending on the current exchange rate between DKK and EUR.
